We do provide mats and all props though if you prefer your own please do feel free to bring your own. We are also looking to set up a Monday lunchtime class – do email us if you are interested.

What’s new:
1.Class packages are available:
Class packs of 6, 8 and 10 sessions are available for £66, £85 and £100 respectively. Class bundles (under: ‘Subscriptions’ tab) are valid for two months* from date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to attend six classes over 8wks, weekly or if you are attending more than one class per week.
Drop in individual classes are available at £13 per session.
2. 24hrs cancellation notice can be made via the website.
3. Waiting list option: If you have opted to wait-list on a full class and if it becomes available you will be notified immediately and you will have 1hr to respond/accept.

* Pregnancy Yoga Classes Specialist yoga class to assist your body in cultivating strength, flexibility and breath awareness, adapting to the many changes that pregnancy brings about, to focus on your baby, and to prepare you mentally, physically and emotionally for labour birth and afterwards. Suitable from 13 weeks and/or first scan, until the end of pregnancy.
*** Postnatal for Mum and Baby – These classes are for Mum and Baby. There will be focus on supporting Mums post birth and also a chance to have baby be involved. These classes are suitable for babies after 6 weeks.
