SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA AND WALKING HOLIDAY IN SPAIN –
This weekend yoga retreat celebrating the spring equinox is an opportunity to balance, revitalize and reconnect with self and others.
Liz and Tania will teach a combination of energising Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga combined with therapeutic practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to nourish the body and mind. One evening we will have a bonfire, with singing and chanting (weather permitting).
About Braziers Park: Braziers Park is a warm grade II listed country manor house, set deep in the rolling Chiltern Hills of South Oxfordshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty. All rooms are comfortable and charming. All bathrooms are shared. A limited number of single rooms are available.

Retreats at Eden Rise – more dates to follow.
These retreats take place at the beautiful retreat centre Eden Rise with a yoga studio that looks out over the rolling Devon hills.
Previous participants comment on how the moment you arrive at Eden Rise there is a sense of relaxation and feeling of being ‘at home’. We do also welcome you with tea and cake which may add to the warm welcome!
As you walk in May there are the bluebells and little seats made in wood set amongst the trees so you can stop every few yards should you wish and take in the beautiful surroundings and views. The owners of Eden Rise have made many beautiful additions to the natural beauty to make your stay extra special and unique.
When not in the yoga studio or relaxing in nature you will be treated to wonderful organic food lovingly made by Charlotte. All meals are included.
An outline of one of our Yoga weekends..
The retreats begin at approx 3pm on Friday and ends around 3pm on Sunday.
The first Yoga class is on Friday evening at 5.30pm. There will be Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation after dinner. In the morning there is meditation followed by Hatha Yoga class. There is the option for a fresh juice in the morning followed by our breakfast feast after the class.
Then there are options for walks, going into Totnes, doing nothing, having a massage/a sauna, before or after lunch and the next class is again at 5pm. This class combines Hatha Yoga with Restorative Yoga, followed by dinner and an evening activity – often another yoga nidra is offered, sometimes a fire and singing outside, some choose to go to sleep as the process of slowing down can bring about a sense of how much rest our bodies need. All activities are options. on Sunday again we begin with meditation and Yoga practise followed by breakfast, free time, followed by a final yoga class 12.30 – 1.30 and lunch…tea..cake before carriages home!!
The Yoga weekend will offer you a chance to deepen your yoga practise, explore meditation, relax in 7 acres of beautiful countryside and enjoy delicious food lovingly made by Charlotte.
The Yoga with be Hatha Yoga offering a balance of asana – physical postures, pranayama – breath work and meditation. Classes are for mixed levels with options for all. The classes will be strengthening, reenergising and nourishing with dynamic and restorative yoga sessions and you can follow your own rhythm.
No previous experience is necessary.
Liz is a Hatha Yoga teacher whose initial training was with The Life Centre now known as Yogacampus – The Life Centre Education and has also trained with and is a member of British Wheel of Yoga – London Region. Liz is trained in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. Liz’s background before Yoga training was a Drama and Movement Therapist. and brings this interest in the therapeutic aspects of yoga into her teaching.
All meals will be organic and vegetarian. Please do advise when booking of any dietary needs.
