Postnatal Yoga

AT PRESENT WE APOLOGISE BUT SINCE LIZ WENT ON MATERNITY WE HAVE TAKEN A PAUSE ON THESE CLASSES AND WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN WE ARE RESTARTING – BEST WISHES LIZ AND THE TEAM 

The classes are for mamas and babies, there will be a focus on postnatal yoga for Mums to strengthen the core, reconnect with your self and your body within the journey of being Mum, including some time for relaxation.  There will be some exercises for you to share with your babies and some baby massage included.

Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling.
