Laura Glaser is a yoga and dance teacher and has practiced various forms of yoga since the late 90’s. Her professional background in contemporary dance and the studying of somatic practices (body-mind techniques) influence her teaching of Hatha Yoga.
Laura has 10 years of teaching experience. Her classes emphasise how to maintain a sense of ground and space in the asanas and within the flow of movement and breath.
