Liz Dillon who has trained with The Life Centre and British Wheel of Yoga will be teaching a 6 week Pregnancy Yoga course

Class times – 5.45 – 7.00pm
Pregnancy yoga classes are pecialist yoga classes designed to assist your body in cultivating strength, flexibility and breath awareness, adapting to the many changes that pregnancy brings about, to focus on your baby, and to prepare you mentally, physically and emotionally for labour birth and afterwards. Suitable from 12 weeks and/or first scan, until the end of pregnancy. The classes will also allow some time for tea and a chat with other soon to be mums.
